STEP 2
We pick up your vehicle
We will contact you a few hours in advance to let you know we're on our way. When we arrive, we’ll inspect your vehicle together for any pre-existing damage, such as dents, scratches, or dings. These details will be noted on the Bill of Lading, which you’ll review and sign to confirm everything is accurate. You’ll receive a copy of this important document for your records. Upon delivery, it will be used to compare your vehicle’s condition and ensure it arrived in the same state.
STEP 3
Receive vehicle
When your vehicle is unloaded, the driver will ask you to check the condition of your vehicle and compare it with the Bill of Lading. If you chose the Discounted Price payment option, now is when you hand over the final payment to the driver. You can pay in cash, with a money order or cashier’s check.
